Hi, I’m James.

James Maxwell

My journey was definitely not a straight line. I spent the first decade of my career in marketing & branding, with the majority of that time spent in the Montreal startup scene. It was there that I saw first-hand the impact that vision and clear planning has on a business.

Eventually I started my own marketing & branding consultancy, but I realized that most business owners knew what to do. They just weren’t doing it. The same was true in my own life and in the lives of almost everyone I knew. I realized that execution was the key to everything we do in life.

At that point I immediately decided to become a coach. Over the next few years I studied under some of the greatest success teachers the world has ever known. With their help, I built a premium coaching practice dedicated to serving driven people, entrepreneurs & teams.

My passions include reading, writing, gaming, & running. In my spare time I’m an aspiring fantasy and self-help author. Aside from writing, my biggest passion is my clients. 

In the future I plan to launch an investment portfolio and incubator that builds, grows, and scales businesses to impact people across the world and inspire them to greatness.
